I am learning how to maintain my website and even have managed to add some new products. This site would never have been possible without Andrew Woolwine. I met Andrew at an integrated Pest Management workshop in NC. He was attending as a Post-doc and purchased the necktie that he is wearing. (You can get one too on the Invertebrate Neckties page - Escher Ant Tesselation.) He made the initial t-shirt pages as a gift of his time and expertise. It was a joy to collaborate with such a generous and talented designer. It was a learning experience for him with a real life project and new challenges. Eventually he got a real job and had less time to keep the site current.
He gave me a week-long tutorial when I was in Louisiana between conferences. I would use his computer during the day while he was at work. As I added new designs, I would come up with lots of questions. Each day I learned how to do more and by the end of the week I had updated the website! The next step was to buy FrontPage and learn how to use it on my own computer. How I missed having Andrew to answer my questions. I'm getting better and even understand a lot of what I do now but none of it would have been possible without Andrew. Thank-you Thank-you, Thank-you. You are a very special person, Andrew.
